OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY

• The holding of an Annual Show for the exhibition of livestock, farm produce, appliances and machinery, for the entertainment and education of the local people; and the promotion of good will and understanding between community and town.
• The demonstration of methods connected with the furthering of the interest of agriculture and allied industries.
• Support for local community activities.

BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP

Members & Patrons will receive a badge which will give access to the Members Marquee, with its own bar and facilities for afternoon tea. Situated adjacent to the Main Ring with a seating area, which is also reserved exclusively for members.

This makes an ideal area for meeting friends whilst watching the attractions. Patrons have the benefit of using the exclusive on site car park, whilst members will receive vehicle passes to allow access to the forward parking area. Regular emails with Information exclusively for members and exhibitors are sent out to keep members in touch with developments.

Introducing the Sennybridge Show President 2025 - Isobel Cooper

Welcome to Sennybridge Show

Celebrating its 160th year, Sennybridge Show, showcasing the very best of local farming, food and rural life. A great family day out for everyone of all ages, get up close to the livestock, including a dog show, craft, domestic, horticulture tents, sample great local food & drink and discover many of the trade stands around the showground.

Isobel was born in Cwmwysc in 1939, but spent most of her youth growing up in Tircapel Farm in Crai.  After leaving the area for a few years to bring up her family and hold down her career as Regional Manager for Market Research companies, she returned back home to Sennybridge where she has been heavily involved in the community, supporting many of the charitable events and activities arranged locally. She is also a key member of Brecon & Sennybridge fundraising committee for Cancer Research Wales who recently reported £300k raised since the group started out.

Isobel has said "I am delighted to be the Show President for 2025 and I'm very grateful for all the support from everyone for the various activities that are planned throughout the year as President".
